Prices are in US dollars, taxes included; in India ₹149 a month or ₹1,199 a year including GST. A plan is a pass for the period shown and does not renew by itself — there is nothing to cancel. Documents stay on your device on every plan; Personal adds the encrypted copy in your own Google Drive.
In your browser's encrypted storage on the device you use — a phone, a laptop, or both. Personal keeps an encrypted backup in a folder of your own Google Drive so every device stays in step. Nothing is stored on IBI's servers.
IBI cannot reset it — that is what zero-knowledge means. Keep a backup file (Settings → Backup) or the Google Drive copy; a backup opens with the passcode that was active when it was made.
Yes. The shelves cover the documents used in the US, the UK, Canada, Australia, the UAE and most other countries, dates can be read day-first or month-first, and prices are shown in US dollars (rupees in India).
Every plan reads a PDF's text and runs OCR on scans on your device. Personal adds AI reading with your own Claude key for photos of policies, receipts and handwritten forms — only the document you choose to scan is sent, never the vault.
