Amazon in one tab, eBay in another, Shopify in a third, a spreadsheet for stock and a notebook for returns — that is how most sellers run the day. This app brings marketplace orders, stock, pick lists, shipping, returns, customer messages and the monthly profit per channel into one screen, on the laptop in the packing room and on the phone. It works from the order reports every marketplace already exports, so there is nothing to connect and nothing to wait for.
Name the store, its channel, fee percentage and ad budget. Then import the order report you already download — Amazon order reports, the Shopify orders export, eBay and Etsy order CSVs are recognised on sight; any other file asks you to match its columns once and remembers the answer.
New orders become a pick list grouped by bin. Mark them packed, print packing slips, then mark shipped with the carrier and tracking number — stock is deducted at that moment. Export a shipping CSV for your label tool.
Revenue less marketplace fees, cost of goods, advertising, other costs and refunds, per store and in total, for this month and the last six. Export it as CSV for the accountant.
New → packed → shipped → delivered, with returned and cancelled beside them. Filter by status, search by order number, customer or SKU, change status in bulk. Late orders (unshipped after two days) are flagged on the dashboard.
Products with cost, price, stock, bin and a low-stock level. Shipping an order deducts the units; a received return with "restock" adds them back. Adjustments with a reason keep a short history per SKU.
One aggregated pick list for the day's orders, sorted by bin, printable. A packing slip per order with the address, items and your own note.
Every packed order waits here. Ship one or all with a carrier and tracking, then export the generic shipping CSV (name, address lines, city, region, postcode, country, phone, email, items) for Pirate Ship, Royal Mail Click & Drop, Sendle or any label tool.
Log a return against an order: item, quantity, reason, refund amount, status from requested to refunded. Refunds land in the month's P&L; restocked units go back on the shelf.
Every conversation logged against its order, with unread count on the dashboard. Templates for shipped, delayed and return received fill in the name, order number, carrier and tracking — copy and paste into the marketplace's messaging page.
Prices in US dollars, taxes included; in India ₹1,999 / ₹4,999 / ₹9,999 a month including GST. A plan is a pass for the period shown and does not renew by itself. Team members share one account, so a plan covers the whole packing room.
Version 1 works from the order reports every marketplace already provides — Amazon Seller Central order reports, the Shopify orders export, eBay and Etsy order downloads, or any CSV with a column map you set once. Importing the same report twice never duplicates an order. Live connectors (Amazon SP-API, eBay, Shopify, Etsy) are in early access: ask on WhatsApp +91 89394 14799 and you will be first in line.
In your browser on the device you use. On Starter, Growth and Scale the same data is synced through your IBI account, so the packing laptop and your phone stay in step. Nothing else sees it, and a JSON backup is one click away in Settings.
Yes — team access is through one account. Sign in with the same IBI account on every device in the packing room and everyone works from the same orders, stock and shipping queue.
Revenue (order totals, cancelled orders excluded) less marketplace fees (the store's fee percentage plus any extra fees you enter), cost of goods (product cost × quantity), advertising (the store's budget or the month's actual figure), other costs and refunds. Per store and in total, for the last six months, exportable as CSV.
Thirty-one, including USD, GBP, EUR, AUD, CAD and INR. Each store keeps its own currency for its orders; pick a reporting currency in Settings.
