Twenty years of family life is spread across phones, old laptops, WhatsApp and a shoebox of scans — and nobody can find the Diwali 2019 photos or Grandpa's voice. This app indexes photos, videos, voice recordings and scanned documents by the people in them, the event, the date and the place, and gives you one search box and a timeline. The files themselves are uploaded to a folder in your own Google Drive; IBI keeps only the index.
One tap creates a folder called "IBI Memories" in your Drive. Import photos, videos, audio and PDFs from your phone or laptop, or scan files already in the folder — nothing is re-uploaded.
Dates and GPS come from the photos themselves. Add the people, the event, the place and a caption; names become chips you tap on the next photo. Record a voice note and the transcript is indexed too.
Type "Diwali 2024", "Paris", "Amma" or "October" and the matching memories appear. Browse by year and month, by person, by place, or open an album and let the AI write its story.

Share the Drive folder the way you share any Google folder — Viewer or Editor. Each family member opens the app, connects their own Google account and presses "Rebuild from Drive". Albums can also be exported as a list.
Two things, from text only: it writes the story of an album from its captions, dates, people and places, and it suggests a title and tags for a memory. It never sees the images or audio, and each use counts against the monthly allowance shown in the app.
