After a manual UPI payment: look up the email from the WhatsApp message, pick the app and the plan, extend by the months paid (yearly = 12, 3-year pass = 36). For GST report the number is how many report credits to add; for business it is how many 10-report packs. Choosing Free removes the paid plan (credits stay).
